Coronavirus Patient Update 14 October 2020

Your safety and that of our team are of the upmost importance.

In accordance with the guidelines issued by the chief dental officer for Wales and Welsh Government we are now operating under Amber Alert.

We are contacting and trying to see the following groups of patients

All those patients with emergency problems or other dental problems that require urgent assessment and treatment who have been in contact with us over the past few months
Patients with treatment that was not completed prior to the lockdown to reassess their needs, in particular any treatment that may need more urgent care in the near future
Patients with orthodontic problems and open courses of orthodontic treatment
Routine examinations
Patients with more urgent hygiene needs

We will be contacting patients and confirming new appointments going forwards.

PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND THE PRACTICE UNLESS WE ASK YOU TO BY APPOINTMENT – call us if you feel you have a dental emergency.

Your patient journey when visiting the practice will be a much different one as we go through the process of getting back to the New Normal, and as such we have produced our COVID-19 Reopening Policy (please click here)

We hope that you remain in good health through these unprecedented times and would urge you to act on government advice to help prevent the spread of this Covid-19.

Information for the public is available from both Welsh Government and Public Health Wales.

We would also like to thank you and ask for your continued patience and understanding as we go through the process of getting back to the “New Normal”

   I've been receiving treatment at bay house for a few years now, and I must say it is the best decision I've ever made.

   When you go to this practice they know you and are vested in your well being. Apart from fact that the practitioners are highly competent, personable and knowledgeable, the whole staff are a pleasure to deal with.
